姜海岩，山东交通学院交通与物流工程学院交通工程系讲师。2018年9月毕业于俄罗斯顿河国立技术大学，获建筑专业硕士学位；2023年7月获屠格涅夫-奥廖尔国立大学汽车交通管理专业博士学位。主要研究方向为城市宏观交通流管理、交通流仿真与建模。
